Plastic injection moulding of shoes is a production method in which the rubber is injected directly from the barrel of the machine into the model for vulcanisation, fabric or leather upper bonding. Injection moulding is carried out at a certain temperature and pressure to give the upper and sole a certain degree of flexibility and elasticity, and to make the two fuse together, so called injection moulded shoes. Leather shoes with injection moulding technology are also known as injection moulded leather shoes.
