Vulcanised shoes are made of rubber, fabric or leather as the upper and rubber as the sole, and are processed and shaped by means of paste, moulding or glue injection, then vulcanised at a certain temperature and pressure to give the upper and sole high strength and elasticity, and make the two firmly combined, so they are called vulcanised shoes. Vulcanised shoes are also known as vulcanised leather shoes.

Plastic injection moulding of shoes is a production method in which the rubber is injected directly from the barrel of the machine into the model for vulcanisation, fabric or leather upper bonding. Injection moulding is carried out at a certain temperature and pressure to give the upper and sole a certain degree of flexibility and elasticity, and to make the two fuse together, so called injection moulded shoes. Leather shoes with injection moulding technology are also known as injection moulded leather shoes.
